Notes: Yusuke is being brought in post Kuuga, and as such he will not immediately be that Rider.
Background: Yusuke lost his mother at a young age, so he and his sister were raised by his father. In his youth, Yusuke promised his primary school teacher that when he grew up he would master 2000 skills, the first of which was the ability to smile. Later on in his life his father died in Afghanistan which motivated him to become a man that would protect people's smiles and prevent people from crying as his sister did when their parents died. To the point he would even sacrifice his own happiness for others, even with the smiles and thumbs up that he gives with his optimistic ideals.
During his life he traveled the world and became friends with many people, learning a number of skills over the years. When he returns to Japan, he comes across a police investigation about the deaths of a group of people during an excavation. He gets wrapped up in the events and comes across the "Arcle" a belt which allows him to become the ancient Warrior Kuuga when the police station is attacked by an "Unidentified Lifeform", the name given to the monsters of the Grongi Clan who's leader was behind the death of the excavation team.
Over time, aiding the police fight the Unidentified Lifeforms as Kuuga, he gained their trust and gained access to newer forms to help him fight the various monstrous Grongi as they played their Gageru- a game of death to bring about "The Ultimate Darkness". During one of his battles though, Yusuke is mortally wounded, but through the powers of the Arcle and the doctors and scientists working with the police to learn about the Grongi and Kuuga's nature, he is able to revive. Once revived, he can tap further into the powers of Kuuga, gaining even more powerful forms, with even more destructive power for fighting the tougher Grongi. However these come at the price of being powers borrowed from "The Ultimate Darkness", and as such if he cannot keep his calm he will become consumed by a berserker rage. As it turns out Kuuga's power was one that mimiced the Grongi and should he be unable to control it he would be a monster greater than any other threat to the world.
After establishing connections and cleaning up any unfinished business with his friends, Yusuke is finally able to find and confront the top of the Grongi- N Deguva Zeba, or Unidentified Lifeform 00 who had revived the Grongi and killed the excavation team. Thanks to Yusuke's serene and honest nature he is able to access Kuuga's Ultimate Form without going mad, and battle N. Although the victor, the Arcle is broken during the fight, and Yusuke resigns from his position as Kuuga. With everyone safe from the Grongi threat, Yusuke leaves his friends to go on adventures around the world, helping people and protecting their smiles.
Personality: Yusuke is the definition of an optimist, and according to his teacher may very well be empathy incarnate. It's hard to think anything could possibly get this guy down at all. The only time he's ever even looked sad or depressed is when he finds somebody else in that state. But at the same time this is what gives him a resolve for his ideals, and a contagious smile. He won't let people be until he's been able to cheer them up, and somehow this rarely insights ire with people.
Yusuke is also a friend of all children, most of his skills revolve around making them happy, and in fact when he's first seen in his series it's cheering up a lost child and waiting until his mother comes to get him. He actually is a bit like a child, always bright and cheery, and constantly joking about with Ichijo and his other allies. However, he is always dead set and serious when it comes to stopping monsters and anyone that would bring tears to others, from toddlers to old men. Even if he had no power of his own, his resolve would cause him to continue to fight for people's happy faces, even if it meant his death.
Yusuke isn't always sunshine and gumdrops though, there are times he has lost his cool but they are few and far between. If someone actually takes great joy in violence and assaulting people, practically bullying them, he will take serious offense. When he was a child he would fight bullies quite a number of times, although the fact he had to hurt people would upset him to the point of tears. As an adult though he is more attributed to be angry as well as sad. Monsters do not get off as lucky as humans, he in fact has beaten one to death violently. In reaction to his rage he becomes disgusted with himself, and thus does his best to keep calm.
Capabilities and Resources: Yusuke is exceptionally talented, although not much in the form of something that could take out robots. Although, he does have connections with a number of people around the world, including the Japanese police forces. In fact it was his connection to them which inspired them to make the G3 armor in Kamen Rider Agito, inspired by the image of Kuuga. As such he has all the resources the cops have when it comes to fighting the supernatural. That is why he has access to the Kamen Rider G1 prototype suit that was locked down, as they trust him enough to be able to use it.
Yusuke knows martial arts, and he knows how to use weapons like staffs and swords from training during his time as Kuuga. He doesn't have much training in fire arms, but he does have a basic understanding of them.
RobotRider Name: Kamen Rider G1, Kamen Rider Kuuga
RobotRider Description: G1 has weaponry designed to defeat on foot monsters, but it also is designed to be basically a mechanical version of Kuuga's Mighty Form. As such it is much more mobile, and more powerful in some ways, than the G3 units. Like all the G-units though it has the negative aspect of needing to be put on manually.
Kuuga has multiple forms designed for multiple scenarios and enemies. As such he is capable of taking to almost any battleground easily, and is a master of a number of martial weapons. All forms have their strengths. Yusuke transforms into Kuuga by using the Arcle, a belt that has fused inside of him, but is brought forth when he wills it in his time of need. Arcle is tied to his body, and so with enough time any damage to his body or Arcle will be fixed with energy and help from the other.
Yusuke transforms into Kuuga with a pose that focusess his energy, and yelling "Henshin". He can also turn into other forms of Kuuga after transforming by doing the same pose and yelling "Chou Henshin".
Kuuga comes in four basic flavors: Mighty form, which is his all around base form. It's specialty is physical attacks.
Dragon form, which is his form that focuses on agility and water combat, it can change various items into the Dragon Rod which he attacks with as his trade off for speed is damage output.
Pegasus form, which he barely uses as it can only last for about a minute, it enhances Yusuke's senses to 1000x that of a normal human, and is used for precision striking with the Pegasus Bowgun, which is formed from any gun shaped item...or gun.
Lastly is Titan form, which is an almost absolute defense. It takes a dive in agility and some physical power but makes up with it by having the Titan Sword, which is usually formed by the key/grip (the control handle) of the BeatChaser.
These can all upgrade into Rising versions, which draw on the power from Ultimate form- though these are strictly only used when necessary. Also if using too much power, such as if he stays in Pegasus form for too long or sustains dramatic injuries he needs to recover from, he can only access Growing form. Which is a white version of Mighty form with only 1/3rd of the power.
Kuuga also has the ability to summon the Gouram, a flying metal beetle. It's purpose is to aid Kuuga in its battles, and can turn into armor to cover a horse or motor cycle. It has it's own strengths and can be used by Kuuga to move about and fly as well. It's one stipulation is that if Kuuga ever loses it's mind to the power of Ultimate Form it will self-destruct. However this isn't a problem for Yusuke at all.

Yusuke refusing to sit idly by as the world falls apart and monsters and robots attack, returns to Japan and seeks out help from the police. They however are under attack from a monster fleeing Kamen Rider Agito and G3. Yusuke manages to make it down to a holding area before the monster does and dons the G1 unit. His fight as a Kamen Rider continues again.

Mission ?- Rise
Yusuke has gotten himself involved in stopping a Rider War, caused by Dai-Shocker working with evil Riders, in an attempt to revive their Great Leader who was sealed away. He gets caught in a fight between Kamen Rider Hibiki and Den-O, and is injured by a Kamen Rider Gaoh who was causing unrest between the two and the populace. Mortally wounded from the injury, the Arcle is jump started to keep Yusuke alive and he revives in Rising Mighty form. Once again Kuuga lives.

He could pull through on simple maintenance and detailing but it was probably more than he could handle to help with everyone's giant robots. As such he kept to working on the BeatChaser, fresh out of the garage. He had to admit the police kept it in pretty good shape, despite it not being used since he left on his journeys.]
Ah, but it is a bit dusty. Oh well at least you'll get me out onto the battlefield quickly enough!
I'm counting on you to help me stop this thing you know.
[So he talked to his motor cycle. Not that weird, other Riders probably do it. Then again those Riders have a bike that's alive probably. No point worrying about the details!]

It was a picture with his friends wishing him luck in his upcoming battles on the back, accompanied by a doodle with a thumbs up.]
Heh, I'll have to really do my best now! Ichijo-san will be pretty disappointed in me if I can't pull out ahead of who I'm taking on. Or anyone else really.
[He nods and pats the bike.]
